GradePower Learning Valrico is now accepting enrollments for #LittleReaders reading classes! The Little Readers program helps students as young as three-years-old learn to read and get a head-start going into kindergarten.

Offered by the cognitive learning experts at GradePower Learning, Little Readers is a #montessori  styled early reading class.  Every child works off an individualized curriculum set developed around their own specific needs and abilities. The small (8-student) classes offer the most individualized instruction of any Valrico#preschool  .

Little Readers is a great option for moms who want to get their child the best education available, a two-hour retrieve during the morning or afternoon, and who live in the #fishhawk  , #valrico  , and Greater Brandon areas.

One mom, Erin, recently summed up her experience, “My son did the Little Readers program over the summer. I was amazed by his progress. It is a great program with great teachers.”

Little Readers is not a preschool or a #daycare  , it is a purely academic two-hour#reading   class that runs from 9-11 in morning, and 1-3 in the afternoon.  The materials start with same and different concepts and our 500 workbooks progress all the way through high-school so there is no cap to how high our students can progress.

GradePower Learning Valrico is located in the Crunch Fitness shopping plaza at the corner of Bloomingdale Blvd and Lithia Pinecrest Road.  It’s at the heart of Valrico and only 5-minutes from Fishhawk Ranch.  Please call (813)689-6527 for all the details.

GradePower Learning is now enrolling students for the December 13th ACT .   Students and parents looking to increase their score on the ACT are encouraged to take a free practice test to determine their ACT #tutoring   needs.

Practice ACT’s are offered on Saturday mornings at 9:30am and can also be scheduled directly by calling (813)689-6527.

GradePower Learning’s ACT program is offered in both 1-on-1 and small group settings based around a family’s goals and needs.  The comprehensive reporting that comes with the free practice ACT dives much deeper than just the section scores.  It identifies specific skills that can be improved upon and how many additional points are available for each skill.  This helps students pinpoint their studies to be more efficient and results in the highest possible score for the student.

The need for a good ACT Score have never been higher, and GradePower Learning Valrico is the premium ACT test prep destination in Eastern Hillsborough County.

“We’ve had students increase their score by as much as nine points on the ACT,” said the Center’s Director Andrew Learned. “Every student, however, has different goals and needs.  Our diagnostic report pinpoints exactly what the student needs to work on, and the tutoring can address those specific skills instead of broad-brushing the entire test.”

Students seeking a higher ACT score are best served by having a solid foundation in Algebra and Trigonometry, as well as advanced reading and vocab skills going into their preparation.  Hard ACT prep is designed to extend for about 2-3 months prior to the ACT test date and should reinforce already understood concepts.

“The easiest way to increase your ACT score, “ Andrew says, “is to drill the timing and tempo that the students will need on test day to finish.  This way the student can get to the easy questions, recognize if they are getting stuck and move on, and get the easy points that come not from learning new material, but from better test taking strategies.”

Since opening, GradePower Learning Valrico’s ACT program has grown in less than a year to be one of the largest ACT programs in the United States for GradePower.  They attribute their success to the word of mouth generated by parents happy with their child’s increased ACT scores.
